I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or there is a problem with your item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a description (and photos where helpful) of the issue.

If the item is faulty or damaged, I'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Because many of my products are made to order or personalised, I cannot accept returns simply because you've changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

For digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded, except where required by law.

If you have a problem with your order, please get in touch — I'm always happy to discuss it and find a fair solution.

Shipping

All physical products are made and prepared to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Once dispatched, orders are sent using a tracked or standard delivery service, depending on the product and destination. You'll receive confirmation when your order is on its way.

UK orders: Please allow approximately 2–5 working days for delivery after dispatch.

For international orders, delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

As each item is made to order, please get in touch as soon as possible if you need your order by a particular date and I'll do my best to help.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll be happy to help.

Made-to-order or personalised items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
